My Skydiving Dream

      Many younger people like the extreme sports as skydiving, bungee jumping, mountain biking and ski jumping. I'm talking about extreme sports in the writing class, and I know Tony Hawk with his skateboarding. I'm pretty admired him because he have a risk heart to reach himself dream of extreme skateboard.

     As a younger man, I also have a dream, skydiving. When I was about 12 years old, I knew the skydiving on TV. I was very exited when  the people jumped in sky form a  plane. They took the sports glasses and clothes for sheltering wind. When they fell, they shook hands by hands to make many styles. After then, they opened the parachute and released color smoke. That looked very cool. The sport is exiting and brave, dangerous and risky at the same time. I was attracted to the skydiving. I've tried many times in my dream. However, I haven't finished my the dream so far. I haven't had an opportunity to try the extreme sport. But, I won't give up, and I'll realize my dream. 

Come Across

     I've lived in Calgary for 1 month, but I feel I still a stranger. Everything is careful for me. Sometimes, I worry that my bags  may be lost in the apartment because of  the thief, and my pocket money is stolen on the downtown's street; however, these aren't happen at present.
     One morning, I came across a deception on the 4th station. A middle-age man asked me give him some money for C-train when I stand on the platform. He had a red T-shirt, and is very gentle. I'm very surprised that he looked unlike no money person. So I told him that I'm only a student and no money. He went straight next station. When I took C-train, I saw occasionally the man was charging form another student. As he had the money, he didn't take the train , but he went away quickly. Then I made sure that he was a con man.
      However, I believe that the man doesn't represent all the people in Calgary. I meet most people are warm and friendly. When I ask the way and shop, they explain patiently. That's very moved for me.  I will release my the greatest passion in here every day.

My Actor Dream

    I read the story  about a con-man  Frank Abagnale today, who played all these roles as pilot, doctor, lawyer and professor. That's sounds very crazy and impossible, but he did. Because I like watching TV and movies , I often dream that I was a famous actor as Tom Hanks.

     If I would be a famous actor, my life will hugely change. First, I have many assistants arrange my scheduled. Three meals a day has a special chef to cook a meal for me. My agent  will talk about a movie with film company. I'll also receive play,and continue to pick up the role of attention. Everyday, I've to catch on a movie scene. In order to the role of performance more perfect, I'll study the script again and again, and feel experience the inner world of the role and the technique of expression. Second, as a famous person, I will take part in many public welfare activities on regular time. I'll call attention to children in need of help, and promote the behavior of civilization. Maybe, I will play some advertisements; however,  I promise that I advertise the trustworthy products. Finally, I'll also attend all kinds of festival, for example Cannes film and Oscar film festival. I will probably obtain the best actor Oscar.
     In a word, if one day I'm an actor, I will give all my life dedicated to the performance stage.


 

KFC in China

     The first blog entry is about fast food and advertising.  Let me think the topic about the entry.
Oh, I think that's KFC, a successful fast food restaurant in my country. In 1990's, there is no fast food in China. As I as know, KFC as the American's brand, it is the first fast food company for coming into China's market.

    KFC  makes a large number of advertising introduce product. Its ad adds to Chinese style,for example kungfu.This kind of advertising is more easily accepted by Chinese. People contact with  fries, fried chicken, hamburger first. Most of people are interested in KFC's fast food, especially children. They like as strawberry or chocolate sundae, sweet ice-cream. 
    KFC  also makes for Chinese edible food, like as Rice bowl,rice served with meat and vegetables on top. Chinese like rice with vegetables,especially students. Beause it is cheap and tasty.
KFC creats Rice bowl after studying market. It is popular. The food is a huge success.
